Matt,

I am the Architect of the Trio project and I wanted to address one of your comments. The beds in the open one bedroom floor plans are queen size beds.....not really small doubles. The bed in the sales center is part of the Murphy bed option. The structure of the Murphy bed adds to the total length. You can walk around a queen size bed as shown in the floor plans.

Hi Brenda, thanks for letting us know that it's because of the murphy bed. You think they'd have put a queen bed in the sales center to give it the sense that the space is bigger instead of smaller?
