Yes, the third photo was taken out of the windows of one of the units down in Georgetown.

I like the second building that is shown in the pictures. It's a little more pedestrian oriented but does lack garage parking for all units. It looks like the 3rd picture is from within one of those? After a little digging, I learned that it was designed by a firm out of Bellevue called TSA Architects. Still not a huge fan of the area when passing through, but things are turning around slowly...

the cap hill house has cheap interior finishes, cheap plumbing/electric finishes, badly detailed casework, and no window treatments... for a cool million, they are pocketing $500,000 for themselves. nice business model, though.

Is that a '53 Ford truck in the background of the last pic? Can't quite make out the grill.

I like pb too. now I want them to literally go outside the box or rectangle, or their usual shape. The house on 12th looks a bit like an inverted (and may I add completely bad-ass looking) metal shipping container, but with a different finish in Mt. Baker flats.

my bad, Pb has lofts in South Park that are pretty sweet, but are in the location I described, but I forgot that is not Corson, its the other C street. Apologies. However, I don't think Geo'town is really that gritty, my comment about the cars with wheels still stands.

These projects both are in Georgetown (a block away from my house) South Park is accross the river (FYI).

Wow, how annoying and confusing that they are calling them Georgetown lofts when they and Pbs lofts are in SOUTH PARK. That part of South Park is not that gritty - and the picture? If all the cars actually have wheels on them - not gritty. They are other parts of south park that are gritty, but over there you are near the library, not far from Marra farm and you can walk down Corson to a couple of restaurants. If you could unravel, however, they mystery of buying cheap ass land and putting up expensive ass interesting town homes practically under a freeway overpass on a superfund site, then we can talk gritty.

I walk by that Pb house pretty often. It is extremely car-oriented. Does it even have an entrance for people, or was it commissioned, built, and occupied by a Lexus RX Hybrid?

I love those units, but no way would I live in that area. Not to mention it is so polluted.
