Urbnlivn: Trace Loft Owners Take Control of HOA

I love living at Trace Lofts and I'm sure my neighbors are super stylish, but Capitol Hill was never an REI wearing crowd. I'm not against the neighborhood being Schrothed a bit, hey we bought a unit afterall, but Capitol Hill was definitely not a neighborhood lacking identity.
