    That is so funny. I've been reading similar articles and posts down here in San Francisco for years. The market is a little flat at the moment but the bottom has not dropped out. Brand new condos in downtown towers are still selling around $1000/sq ft.

    I would like to go, but have class Weds nights. Up for changing it to the 1st? I would love to hear how others feel about SLU at this point...
