One minor correction, the consumer does not give up working "with the on site team" and the "on site team" makes the same whether you have an agent or not. So the buyer does not give up anything, and in fact can get more by having an agent in this scenario.
Some builders will give the buyer something extra if they don't have an agent, but his particular case would not. Also the finishes are pretty much standard and carved in stone, so it's hard to build in upgrades to compensate for the "not having your own agent", so you might as well have one.
But it may be moot at this point as 30% of them sold this weekend, and those were likely the best ones I was telling everyone to go and get.
What I was really saying is those condos are GR8 and everyone did run as 50% sold in 7 days.
