You can build it for $325/nsf, including land at $55k per unit. (not sure what they paid), because I've jut priced a similar one nearby. The invitation was intended to provide an opportunity for members of the community to get current details about the development directly from the development team. It also gave community members a chance to have a more informal discussion about the project outside of the stifling confines of formal "public comment" opportunities.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I might add that the team invited members of the community to submit examples of the type of architectural features that should be considered and included in the development.
