Just one point of clarification, Peter Greaves and Wade Metz were approached by the neighborhood association and invited to attend the meeting, not the other way around. The invitation was intended to provide an opportunity for members of the community to get current details about the development directly from the development team. It also gave community members a chance to have a more informal discussion about the project outside of the stifling confines of formal "public comment" opportunities.

I might add that the team invited members of the community to submit examples of the type of architectural features that should be considered and included in the development. If you have strong opinion about the design of this property, I suggest you take them up on their invitation!

$500/sf for a 5-0ver-1 is ciminal. You can build it for $325/nsf, including land at $55k per unit. (not sure what they paid), because I've jut priced a similar one nearby. Good luck to them

Sad. This is a cool couple of blocks and I will miss its character dearly.
