I recieved your name from my broker (Jon Hunter at John L Scott/Madison Park). I'd like to invite you to a special open house for a condominium conversion project that I am bringing on the market next week. It a project that offers great opportunities for first-time home buyers at a lower price point. It really is a unique project and i would love to speak with you about it in more detail. Call my cell and I'll fill you in. 206-972-7580
sincerly,
Mark Petrak
I was wondering if you had heard any news on the Marselle Condo in Seattle. My gut tells me it is having trouble. The reps for the building say everything is going great. I'm starting to wonder if I just bought into another MODA like deal. Any thoughts?
Thanks

I know this is a bit off subject, but I thought you and your readers might be interested in learning that Henrybuilt, the premium kitchen and storage company in Seattle, just launched a new mid-priced sister company called Viola Park. www.violapark.com. The company's goal is to make great design more accessible!
Perfect for all the people that need renovate the condos they just bought! Let me know if you would like more information.
