I thought this snapshot from the past would interest you - just look how these prices for Seattle neighborhoods from the past compare to today.

Matt, I know you live at Trace and I'm interested in potentially purchasing a unit at Trace. Which available units would you recommend?

    Hello Mat

I was wondering if you had heard any news on the Marselle Condo in Seattle. My gut tells me it is having trouble. The reps for the building say everything is going great. I'm starting to wonder if I just bought into another MODA like deal. Any thoughts?

    Thanks

So what's the story with condos being offered for rent or lease? Seems you can get into a lot nicer place than renting a regular old apartment.
