Cost of Parking Spot in Seattle
The lack of pricing information is the most frustrating to me. An updated price sheet would be ideal, but at the VERY least give me a price range of each type of unit (studio, 1 bed, etc) so I don't waste time if it's out of my price range.
It's akin to driving a car you don't think you can afford at the dealership. You give it a try, like it, and do everything you can to afford it.
The same can be said about getting people into the sales office. They just want you to get in there. If they put prices out, and it looks too high, you're not going to bother coming in.
